ST. AUGUSTINE'S CATHOLIC CENTER
MOSCOW, ID
Do you think the famed Shroud of Turin is the actual burial cloth of Jesus, or not?
Calling all Christians, curiosity junkies, and cacophonous attendees alike. Come one, come all! A show like you have not yet seen before; truly, because it’s Vandal Catholic’s first annual debate, but more specifically in the profundity of topic selected, the passion of the debaters, the buzzing swarm of the crowd, the rise and fall of emotion, elocution, and enthusiasm as the very authenticity of one of the world’s most famous relics is put on trial.
In one corner, a Catholic board certified Emergency Physician, former Stanford Medical School faculty with teaching appointments at the universities of Washington and North Carolina, amongst others, and highly sought after speaker for the Magis Center, Dr. R. Scott French. In the other corner his opponent, a bestselling author of fiction, nonfiction, and picture books, film producer, director of Camperdown Writer’s Kiln, and Fellow of Literature at New St. Andrew’s College, N.D. Wilson; in between them a man in a suit with questions and a microphone.
To miss this is to miss much; so don’t.
